Kim L. Moore brings wide-ranging experience in economic development, incentive negotiation and strategic planning to her position as a managing director with Newmark Knight Frank Global Corporate Services. Ms. Moore has been involved in economic development efforts for more than 13 years. She has led the marketing efforts and strategic planning for both corporations and cities and has organized events from small targeted interest groups to domestic marketing trips and international delegations.

Ms. Moore has managed multiple projects that have secured more than 7.5 million square feet of new and redeveloped space, increased the tax base with committed investments of almost $684.0 million, created over 10,300 new jobs and negotiated over $50.5 million in incentives. These projects include the relocation of The Active Network's headquarters, AT&T's global headquarters, Cambium Learning Group's headquarters, MoneyGram International's global headquarters, Omnitrac's headquarters, Santander Consumer USA's headquarters, PFSweb's customer contact center, Kohl's customer contact center, Cummins Southern Plains' manufacturing facility and Niagara Bottling's bottling and distribution operation.

In 2013, Ms. Moore received two prestigious Top 40 Under 40 awards. The first was the economic development profession's "40 Under 40" 2013 award, the first international award program recognizing young talent in the economic development profession managed by Development Counsellors International (DCI), a New York-based firm that specializes in economic development marketing. The second award was the Dallas Business Journal's "40 Under 40" 2013 award, which recognizes rising stars for their business leadership, accomplishments and community involvement. Ms. Moore graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing.

In 2014, she became a Next Generation Texas Fellow with the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law at the University of Texas at Austin. The Next Generation Project is a vibrant network of young leaders holding senior positions in government, the private sector, the legal field, academia and non-profit organizations. Ms. Moore is also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute (EDI) and a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) through the National Development Council. She plans to sit for the certification exam for Economic/Community Developers (CEcD) sponsored by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
